The fifth day

the sixth day
the lunch:
One quarter of my loaf + 2 well boiled eggs + a green salad dish.
the dinner:
A quarter of a kilo of grilled or boiled meat + a green salad dish + a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

the seventh day
the lunch:
2 eggs boiled well + spinach dish or vegetable soup consisting of zucchini, peas, beans and carrots as desired.
the dinner:
One quarter of a loaf of bread + a quarter of a kilo of grilled fish + grapefruit for sweetening, preferably before bedtime.
